At Ms. Dosies Homes for Women and Children LLC., we offer more than just affordable housing. Our comprehensive shared housing programs are designed to support consumers as they work through barriers to achieve long-term stability. Residents can stay in our homes for up to 24 months and in some cases longer, They pay low rental rate that includes everything our homes have to offer, from our all-inclusive amenities to our enriching programs. The other portion of income the consumer may have can be saved, and a portion of their income to address significant debts such as credit card balances, vehicle payments, past evictions, credit repair or to obtain a higher credit score, preparing them for either home ownership or securing permanent housing.
Ms. Dosies Homes is a sister company to Genesys Way Inc., a 501c3 non-profit organization, we are here to help make a difference! We collaborate together with community organizations and other partners to provide affordable shared housing homes and programs to assist more consumers to obtain housing. While ensuring that our residents receive the holistic support, they need to build a stable and fulfilling future.
